What we handle when you cannot be at your rental

We own short-term rentals, and some of them are not places we can simply drop in on. That is why we built UniqClean. A rental still needs toilet paper, a working lock and a chair that does not wobble, whether or not you are in town.
Here is what we take care of between guests, so you do not have to be there.
The clean
After check-out we look the place over, clean every room, change the linens and stage it for the next guest. We look again before they arrive, and we tell you what we find.
Restocking
We handle inventory and restocking: toilet paper, supplies and guest amenities. You never have to make a trip with a bag of supplies.
Small fixes
If a cleaner can fix it with a screwdriver, like a wobbly chair, it gets done during the visit. Anything more technical goes to our maintenance staff, or to a contractor we engage, and we tell you about it.
Filters, batteries and the outdoors
We change air filters and lock batteries as needed, and we look after the outdoor areas.
