A walk-through after check-out, a full clean of every room, soiled linens replaced and beds made hotel style, a kitchen reset, supplies restocked, and small fixes with air filters and lock batteries changed.
How does restocking work for San Antonio rentals?
Toilet paper, amenities and supplies are replaced at each turnover, and the coffee station is restocked as part of the kitchen reset.
What do I hear from you if I manage my San Antonio rental from out of town?
We confirm after every turnover, document any damage, report items guests left behind and tell you about anything technical.
